Cannot print on a network printer due to corrupt printer driver.
Cause:
The printer driver is corrupt.
Solution:
Reinstall the network printer driver.
1) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'.

3) Open 'Add Printer'. (The Add Printer Wizard is launched.)

4) Click 'Next'.
5) Select 'Network Printer'
6) Click 'Next'.
7) Type the network path. (The path must include the network drive letter.)

8) Select whether or not to print from MS-DOS-based programs.
9) Click 'Next'.
10) Click 'Next'.
11) Do one of the following:
a) Select from available printers:
1] Select a manufacturer in the 'Manufacturers' list.
2] Select a printer model in the 'Printers' list.
b) Use manufacture's disk:
1] Click 'Have Disk...'

2] Type the path to the disk.
3] Click 'OK'.
4] Select a printer from the list.
12) Click 'Next.'
13) Select the printer port.

14) (Optional) Type a name for the printer.
15) Select 'Yes' or 'No' the make this printer the default printer for Windows.

NOTE: 'Yes' is recommended.
16) Click 'Next'.
17) Select 'Yes' to print a test page.
18) Click 'Finish'.
